Frigidaire Model # ES300 Error F31

Model Number: ES300 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

I get an error code of F31 when I try to push bake. I push bake and then try to set the temperature control to 350 degrees. The pre-heat light comes on but then both lights cut off and the display shows an error code of F31. I've talked to Electrolux/Frigidaire and they said to push start/off or unplug the stove and try again. The second time I tried this it worked and then the oven would work, the oven and pre-heat light would stay on, but the pre-heat light will not go out and the oven temperature continues to go up. Please help.
