Model Number: RF362LXSB0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
Looking for some help, I bought and replaced my broiler element. The element was definitely bad because by wife saw it go out and she said that it exploded and it was burnt 100% through. No that I have replaced the element it still doesn't work. I tested the other element, the temp and the thermal fuse. Please give me any more ideas, or what I can test. The stove top still does work and when I start the oven it clicks and cycles it just doesn't heat at all.

Since the thermal fuse is OK and I assume the wiring is OK then odds are that when the element blew it also blew the control board.
When you checked the thermal fuse did you disconnect one side of it? This ensures that you do not read an alternate/parallel circuit path. The control board is expensive so I would check the new element (approximately 10 ohms) before ordering anything. It is not unheard of to get a bad replacement part.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for Whirlpool RF362LXSB0 30" ELECTRIC CERAN FREESTANDING RANGE SELF CLEAN OVEN | AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for a tech sheet You could try running the diagnostics in the tech sheet. But if the thermal fuse, the wiring and the power is good then all that is left in the circuit is the control board.
