Oven temp guage starts at 315 degrees

Model Number: 64hn-4tkvw Brand: Magic Chef Age: More than 10 years

Hi all,

Oven wouldn't heat up to the desired temp. Changed the sensor. Oven temp readout starts at 315 degrees when oven is turned on. Natural gas. top burners work fine. Oven is barely warm when it reads 350 degrees. will get hotter if i raise desired temp. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong.
