Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

Hello,
I have a very old (30+ years) Westinghouse wall oven (Model OLA-24-4, Style Q-26749) that I am trying to get up and working again.
The light in the oven works so there is electricity running into the oven but the broil element (which appears to be brand new) isn't working.
Any ideas?

Also, does anyone know where I could find the manual for this old of a model?

Unfortunately we are not able to find any technical information and/or diagrams on line for this model due to its age.

If the oven is electric then it needs 240 VAC for a heating elements while the oven light needs only 120 VAC. Make sure there is 240 VAC to the oven.
