Dual Burner Issue
Model Number: JES9800AAW Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
Both of my dual size burners heat on large no matter switch position. They do work temperature wise from low to hi ok but when the small size burner is selected it only works large. I hope you can help. Thanks.

Most likely the problem is a bad switches for these burners but I would check the heating elements for continuity as well.
