Non-Stop Broiler
Model Number: GR448LXPS0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
One day the broiler kicked on when I went to preheat and it's never shut off. Whether I set bake, broil, warm, it doesn't matter, the top broil element comes on and remains on and continues to heat. (not a safe situation) I received an "F3" error code once, but can't duplicate it. Also, I can't find any info on error codes. The top burners and warmer work fine.

Most likely the problem with your range is a stuck Broil relay on the control board. The control board has to be replaced.
- The part number for the control board is AP3837679 Gene.
