oven control replacement

Model Number: JDC27GP Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years

The oven control board WB27k5108 is not available. I noticed there was part number AP2029144 available but with special conditions. What would those conditions be and can this be a replacement for the defective part?

If it is please advise price and availability.
