E2 F3 error
 
Receiving a error code E2 F3. Broiler element reads 18.6 ohms Oven bake element reads 21 ohms Oven Temp sensor reads 140 ohms I am suspecting the timer ERC control. Any advice would sure help. Seems that Whirlpool part # 3195183 is discontinued.

Should I just bag it and break down and buy a new one??

The "F3-E2" means "Bake range overtemperature". The first failure suspect in such situation is the oven sensor and the test result you posted proves it. The normal reading for the oven sensor should be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature.
