Default No Control Power, No Power in Stove
Model Number: RF368LXKQ 1   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years

I have a Whirlpool Stove/Cooktop. The burners work (no indication lights working) The stove and anything controlled by the controller (pn 6610312)does not work. I was going to order the replacement controller, but the representative I was talking to cautioned that once installed you cannot return. Am I on the right track? Thanks
