Default Maytag Built In Display Fading
Model Number: MEW6627BAW   Brand: Maytag   Age: 5 - 10 years

The display on my wall oven has faded, for all essential purposes, cannot even be read. What part do I need to replace, and what is the part number? I assume I can get the schematic and replace it myself. Thanks for your help.

Is this the problem. When you say clock, that is the whole part, that shows the timer, temp, everything, right? What would cause this to happen to the existing display?
