i have a Amana 27 1995 fridge . There is a rapid clicking sound coming from the power box that is located behind the kick plate at the floor. When you here the clicking sound the fridge is not operating , the condensor fan and compressor is not operating. then after about 20 min or so of the clicking sound it will stop and you will hear the compressor and condense fan start up and the fridge will begin to cool.
After 10 min the fridge everything will shut off again and the rapid clicking sound will begin again . the clicking sound is coming from the black power box located behind the kick plate. right when the clicking began , i felt the compressor ,it was not hot
I thought it was the elec. board in the power box, so i replaced the elec board, but that didnt fix it . do you have any ideas??
I havent tested any thing yet, what do you suggest
