My 11 year old son learned to cook pasta at boy scouts and wanted to show the family his new found skills, well when he turned off the burner he turned the knob the wrong direction and when it wouldn't go an further he turned into the HULK and turned it so hard that he broke something in the switch. I don't know the name of the part to hunt it down. I would call it the gas flow valve for the burner. It looks easy enough to replace if I could just figure out what to ask for when ordering the part. Any help? Is it as easy to replace as it looks? Any tricks I should be aware of? Many thanks in advance....
