door lock for self cleaning feature
Model Number: FEB786CEBH Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
the door locking function isn't working. When I press the 'clean' pad, the screen says door and after 15 seconds beeps (at which time the locking mechanism is to take effect). It beeps again and the word door stays on the screen. After about a minute it clicks off and the clock time appears and nothing happens. Appreciate any thoughts. Faulty door mechanism? isthere a way to check? thanks.
