If you need more assistance, you know where to find us

And of course, thanks for the order.
Hey, no problem. Thanks for the discount......that was cool of you. It's still absurd to spend that much to get one wire, but that's a scam on the part of Whirlpool, not your fault. You guys had the best price on the ERC, by the way, and have been very helpful......I appreciate it, and will know where to go for parts and help. Hey, just for the hell of it, do you have Whirlpool part # 242825? According to Whirlpool, that may be the red wire with the fuse in it, and is sold separately, but not positive. It is a red wire and 14 gauge, and rated at 150 degrees, just like the wire I'm after. The crazy part is it's twice as much as the entire harness if it is. It may be different......those people at Whirlpool and Kitchenaid, don't know anything beyond part numbers.

#242825 is just a 25 foot roll of wire. No fuse. Whirlpool includes this number (as well as a few others) in the parts list as "OPTIONAL ITEMS" for almost every appliance, including window air conditioners. I don't think we (or Whirlpool for that matter) ever sold one. We do sell non-brand 12g 25 foot roll of electrical wire though, for a couple of dollars .

Hey, can you do me another favor........if you don't mind. When I placed my first order over the phone, the guy didn't get the name of my town right......it's Ukiah, not yukiah.......I spelled it, but maybe he didn't understand me. No big deal, but when I go to my account profile, and look in the order summary, .....in the ship to and bill to it has the name of my town wrong...it says you can update your contact information, but I don't see a way to do that......can you? Thanks!
