none of the four gas buners are igniting. I have to use a match to get burners started. also, vent and light hood works when the electrical plug is unplugged. help. Thank you.

Hello.

First check if there 120v at the power plug.
If you have 120v at the appliance outlet, take the top off and check power cord and wires.
Next with voltmeter set on Volts AC turn the burner on and check for 120v at the spark module leads L - N.
With 120v present, replace the spark module.

The spark module Part number: AP4094158

If there is voltage at module, you have 4 bad spark switches
(very small chance).

The spark switch Part number: AP4433921
