I have a Tappan stove TEF 326 FBB, When selecting Bake or Broil the control panel ticks twice but nothing comes on inside the oven. Control panel appears ok and you can set the temps etc. Wondered if it was a relay or breaker or control panel itself.
First didn't realize broiler also was not working so tried the first thought of new bake element and got that from Appliance Parts Pro this week but didn't fix, of course.
Have not noticed any error codes.

If the surface burners are fine but the Bake and Broil are not working properly, then a bad oven control board (aka clock/timer) is the culprit. It is recommended by the manufacturer to order the overlay too because it is self adhesive and can be easy damaged while removing from the old control board. - The control board Part number: AP3956392
