have ordered the board, and wondering if there are any cautions regarding grounding the board or stove prior to R and R or any other pertinent suggestions for this install. thanks, jim

Hi Jim,
The range must be already grounded during its installation. It would not hurt if you'll touch any grounded part in your kitchen, like a faucet, before you'll start the repair. Handle the new control gently.
