Good afternoon all.
I have been trying to get the clean to engage on my oven, and in following the instructions for my unit, the time and clean lights come on, I enter the time of 3, and then nothing happens. I then wait for a few moments, and within a minute both time and clean go off, and I see nothing that says, lock, etc.... The latch does not engage, etc...
This has never worked that I know of, and we are the original owners.

help. please.... this oven is in dire need of a cleaning.
