Very likely the problem is a bad spark module (#7 at the diagram). It comes with the installation instructions. - The spark module Part number: AP4010034

Hi Gene, I am not sure that this is the correct part. It has 4 prongs on top and mine has 6. Please advise on this as soon as you can. Thanks and blessings! Oh one more thing...WHen repairing this do I have to turn off the power? Originally Posted by: Gene Very likely the problem is a bad spark module (#7 at the diagram). This part has been redesigned by the manufacturer. As you can see at the diagram, there are five burners but only three igniter. So you really going to use only three spark module output terminals. It does not make any difference which terminal is connected to which igniter. An unused terminal must be connected to the ground. Gene.
