Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

We have a Creda range/double oven. The interior/exterior sections of the upper oven door were attached at the bracket with a black silicone type adhesive which has pulled loose. Where can I get replacement adhesive so that I can reattach them?

Hi
You need a High Temperature silicone glue to repair your oven and re affix the brackets to the glass.
It is Important to clean off the old glue first as otherwise the new glue will not stick to the glass properly. you must also ensure all surfaces to be glued are free from grease.
You can buy oven door glue on the internet relatively cheaply - certainly much cheaper option than calling out an engineer or replacing the oven!.
