The front right hand burner of my range heats to a moderately hot temperature when any of the other three burners are turned on.
When the other burners are turned off this burner cools.

Check the switch for this burner for continuity between the "L1" & "H1" and the "L2" & "H2" terminals while the switch is in off position. Post the results.

This range is in our cabin 200 miles away. I will check the continuity while we are there for Labor Day and post the results then.
