Spark Electrodes
Brand: Dacor Age: 5 - 10 years
Had a repair man come over to look at the gas stove top because 2 out of 6 burners would not light. He told me that the spark electrodes were bad and needed to be replaced (the other 4 burners were fine). I replaced them myself but they still will not spark. As part of the replacement, I lifted out two of the other burners to see how they were installed and now they wont spark, although one will spark after about 10 seconds of clicking (the last 2 burners are still fine). I didnt pull anything apart, I just lifted the burner/electrode off the top of the stove. Anyone have any idea about what is going on?
