Our most frequently used gas burner on the range top had an issue about 3 weeks ago where it stopped sparking all together (we could light manually). The other 5 burners had normal sparking function. About 5 days later, the sparker that stopped working miraculously began working again for another 3 days. Then the issue shifted to continuous sparking even AFTER the knob was turned to the "off" position. The only way to stop the sparking was to unplug the entire unit. We assume there is a short circuit somewhere but we are not sure what part to replace. We would appreciate any assistance.

Thank you!
