I need to replace my Thermal Overload Safety Thermostat and I am finding conflicting part numbers. Another site lists it as part number PS97472, Appliance Parts Pros list the part number as Part number: AP3885687
Part number: AP3885687
. Pictorially, the parts appear different. Was there a design change due to this common problem? What is the part number I need?

Thank you,

Joe

Hello there.

Don't worry that parts look different.

The OEM part number 4451442 which is Appliance Parts Pros

Part number: AP3885687
Part number: AP3885687

will sub to the new OEM part number 9759243.

So if you will order

Part number: AP3885687
Part number: AP3885687

you'll get 9759243

Thank you.
Simon.
