I have replaced the gas valve but still can not get the oven to light. Is there another part I should be looking at?

I have just experienced the same problem - see my post under title "Glo Plug Bad?. You will note that after replacing the gas valve the oven would not operate in the Bake function. Even though I appeared to have a glow from the oven bake igniter, it was not of sufficient intensity to trip the gas valve. After replacement of the igniter, the oven operates normally in the Bake function. Suggest that you check the igniter. The only other controls in the loop are the Function Selector and the Themostat. The correct operation of these controls are usually confirmed by means of an indicator light to provide feedback of their "On" status.
