I have a Whirlpool Double wall unit oven p/n(RBD305PDQ). We had a power surge and the oven locked itself in clean mode. I had to flip the circuit breaker to get it to shut down but when I did, the oven would not come back on. There is power going to the oven but no display comes on and the oven itself won't come back on. My question is do you think it is the control panel or the control board that is out???
