The unit is bing put back in service and was working before taken out of service. it was stored briefly in a moist basement.
upon hooking up the unit with a three wire connection (two hot one bare ground) I was only able to get one burner working (Right module small burner)
I took the cook top apart and cleaned blowing away dust anc checking for moisture.
I found the 20amp fuse blown on the right module and replaced. put unit back together and tryed again.
Only a flashing of the tempeature setting control with beeping no heating of the burners, any burner. Yes had correct pan of water on top.
opened unit back up and found 15 and 20 amp fuses blown on the right module.

Is the module bad or the Smart Board, or both?:confused:
What else should I check?
