Oven is not heating. The carbon heaters and solid element heater are not heating. The LCD, nine program control function panel and safety shutoff are operating normally.The over temp switch appears ok (high resistance). Which other components are common to the heaters. We've had unit about two years and it suddently stop heating.

What is the complete model number of the oven?

The name plate with the complete model number usually located on the oven door frame, behind the vent under the control panel or on the bottom trim. If this is a range then it can be under the top panel. Without correct and complete model number we are not able to provide any accurate advice.

I can only find one mfg tag on unit inside rear under cover. It reads as follows: Cooks Ultimate Oven
Model No. 2128
120vac 60 Hz 1500wtts
1507
Made In China 3028216 Coforms to UL STD 1026 AND UL StD 982
Household Use Only.
I also found mounted to side wall under a rubber-like holder; what appears to be a thermal fuse (glass type). I get a resistance of 6.67Kohms. Could this be considered an open circuit?, and possibly my problem.

I do not have any information about this product. If it has JC Penney name then the best solution probably is to call JC Penney service.

As for JCPenney fixing this, it's discontinued and Chinese--that means no fixing. I'll disassemble and see if I can diagnose. Turntable, control panel, and fan works. I'm glad some friend gave me back my old toaster oven. I'm glad that I didn't spend $500 on this turkey!
