control panel on dlb oven doesn't work
Model Number: jkp27w0w2ww Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
Panel to control the top portion of our dbl oven hasn't worked in years. If the bottom oven is on for several hours, the top control panel will blink and it will allow me to change the time and other buttons will function. However, once bottom oven is off and oven cools down... top control panel will go back to 0000 again. Would like to get this fixed and spoke with someone on GE part chat but he suggested I talk with you first because the model # on my range is old and he wasn't sure what part to get. Thoughts? thx
