The oven temperature fluctuates widely from the set temperature (50 degrees lower or 30 to 40 degrees higher). I thought it was requiring a straight forward replacement of the temperature sensor. I pulled the sensor out expecting to find a modular plug to disconnect the old sensor. What I found was that I could pull the sensor out about 6 inches only and about the first 5 inches was covered by a nylon braiding then about 1 inch of two small diameter leads before it became to tight to pull out further. Where is the disconnect for the sensor? I find it hard to believe the unit needs to be pulled out to service this. There is not much slack available to cut the wire and connect the new sensor with wire nuts. Can you give me any insight? Thanks!!
