I could not find parts for this unit the following is the closest I could get.

So to see if parts are available you will have to contact the parts reps at AppliancePartsPros.

I was able to find a wiring diagram for it, see the attachment.

You will see in the wiring diagram that the elements do have a safety thermostat I think this is Item 8 in Section 4 of the parts listing but do not know where it is located.
They are usually attached to the outside of the oven housing on the back.

Also it shows either a switch or a circuit board attached to L1 of the oven control that would kill power to the elements but I could not find them in the parts breakdown.

The unit may not be repairable if the parts listing I found is a close match to yours as most parts look to be obsolete.
