Amana gas stove - stove top works properly and gas flow is consistent. Stove will ignite for baking and heat up to proper temperatures. During baking, the stove will emit additional gas fumes. It seems that oven temperatures drop when the gas fumes appear. The gas fumes are starting to become more frequent and when the start button is pressed on the panel, it seems that the oven starts heating again.

I am just curious in which direction to start l would start to research.
