Yesterday I was using the range to make breakfast and when I went to clean after cooking it I noticed the LOC code for the oven. The door is locked and I can't open it. We turned off the circuit and that didn't do anything.

That sounds like the control had detected some malfunction with the door latching mechanism.

You can try some of the tips listed at the following link. If none of those work the appliance may have to be serviced to get to the latch mechanism to manually unlatch it and look into possible cause(s).
