I moved into my house in 2009. Had a problem with one of the electric burners where it would turn on and off after turning the switch to off. This happened during the first year when I had a home warranty company come out and fix it. The guy replaced the control board. It seemed to work ok for a bit but then started up again. I don't use the stove or oven a lot and I rent rooms and the people here didn't use it a lot, but I am starting to look for renters again and was wanting to get it fixed. Could it be the control board failed again or is something else causing this problem? Thanks for your time.

I forgot to mention I am not sure how old the unit is. It was here when I moved into the house.
