I replaced the large burner infinite switch and the there is a Brown wire with a 125 degree Celecius marking on it that looks like it has been so got it burned part of the wire coating off and its kinda crispy. Is this some kind of fuse wire that is meant to burn out or do I need to find specific wiring rated at 125 degrees C?

Update: I was looking at the other side and the wire that is burnt brown was supposed to be Red with these markings on it: 1114432 (8) CL1251 XLPE 125Degree C 600v FT2. I am just trying to find the correct wiring to replace it with but not having alot of luck. I don't want to just put a regular wire on it... the 125 C is what has me dumb founded.
