A jar of honey fell from the cabinet above our glasstop kitchenaid superba stove and shattered the panel where the control knobs are located. The point of impact was on the corner but the whole panel shattered in a million or so tiny pieces. How do I remove this panel? Do I chip away at the glass or is there a way that the whole part can be removed? It seems as if there is a seal between the actual glass and the metal stove. Also, should I kill the power first? Thank you.
