I have a Kenmore wall oven that is not heating. After we push "Bake" and set the temperature, the display automatically shows "100", which is expected. After a few seconds, the oven beeps and the display goes back to showing the time. The elements never warm up at all. The same thing happens if we set it to "Broil". The light, clock, timer, etc. are all working. I'm not sure if the heating elements have gone bad or it's a thermostat issue. Although if it was a thermostat problem, that wouldn't affect the broiler would it? Anyway, if anybody has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I'm not sure how old the oven is. We bought this house 3yrs ago. I'm guessing it's 10yrs old, but really don't know.

Thanks

Most likely the problem is the control board.

The manufacturer redesign the control board and the new one comes with the new oven temperature sensor. Also it needs some rewiring.

It comes with the complete installation instructions.

- The part number for the control board is AP2962934

Good luck.

I do not know if the self diagnostic is available for this oven.

My recommendation based on my experience.
