After self-cleaning, cannot adjust temp above 350. On touchpad, it counts down from 350 when I press >. Other features are working on touchpad. We have removed the oven and exposed the insides, having trouble id'ing the thermal cutoff fuse. Can u tell by looking at it if it is blown? Thanks.

The thermal cut-off is located on the back of the oven and looks like this. You can not tell by looking at it if it's bad. I would check it for continuity with a multimeter. If the oven still heat it's fine.
