Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have a CMT231 Oven and replaced the bake element and it does not heat. I uninstalled and rechecked the wires which seem to be fine. After re-installing the bake element still does not heat. Can someone point me in the right direction. The part came from appliancepartspros.com based on my model number. Is the new element not compatible for some reason or is there and issue with control board or an internal fuse that needs replacing?

I would check to see if I had voltage to the element with a multimeter.

Could you outline path if there is voltage or no-voltage, since I do not have a meter right now. This would help me to understand potential issues. Thanks.
