Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

The oven would not go on one day. The broiler and stove top worked. Then the next day, the oven came on but after that it would not. I replaced the computer board and it still will not come on. Now I think it is the Oven Igniter. Any thoughts?

That could be a possibility depending on the result of more detailed observations made of it during an outage. It is glowing? not glowing??
