Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

Stove is showing error code F1, will not reset after unplugging. Display panel will not allow any commands can not resest time etc., any commmands bake/broil...beeping sound w/F1 error code. This started when the oven was being used to broil...when the oven was turned on there was baking pans in the oven. Is it possible that the heat from the pans damaged something in the oven to cause this to happen?

no, it just happens. you need to replace the clock control board. tom
