I have a 4 burner gas cook top, I am not sure of the model (the previous owner purchased) All 4 of the ignihters are loose and sometimes they are not in the proper position to start the flame and we have to move them by hand or use a lighter.

I took the to out of the counter and the undeside seems to be sealed. How do I fix the loose ignighters?

Thanks

I forgot to mention that it has a white glass top which may help with model ID

Look for the model number on the bottom of the cook top.
