Built-in double oven
Model Number: PLEB30T8CCB Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
Top oven doesn't heat properly. Installed new bake element and oven seems to cycle from initial turn-on, rather than stay on 100% of time. Element never gets red-hot, heats slowly, and cuts out at set-point.

Elements glow red
