I posted earlier on this issue before I went to check out the appliance in person.

I tripped the circuit breaker on and the oven element started heating up I then hit the cancel button the oven element cooled down but stayed warm it never cooled off.

I then tripped the breaker off again, I unplugged the sensor and found an ohm reading of 100 when I checked the 2 wires that come off the control panel.
