Oven won't turn off
Model Number: RF262LXSQ Brand: Whirlpool Age: Less than 1 year
The only way to turn off the oven is to trip the breaker or unplug the unit from the source.

Replacement parts for RF262LXSQ models | AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for the wiring diagram. Sounds like your control board (Item 12 in Section 2) is toast.

I just saw your other post and do not think it is a sensor problem.
Even if the sensor is giving an incorrect resistance reading it should not turn the oven on all by itself.
