TAPPAN ELECTRIC RANGE BEEPING AND FLASHING F11, THEN SPARKED ON INSIDE OF CONTROL PANEL, I THINK IT TOUCHED METAL AND SHORTED OUT, SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER CONTROL PANEL, PUT IT IN AND STILL NO POWER TO ANYTHING WHEN PLUGGED IN WALL, LIKE IT HAS NO JUICE. F11 IS FOR THE OVERLAY ON CONTROL PANEL , I STILL HAVE TO GET THAT BUT IT SHOULD HAVE POWER AND BE BEEPING F11 AGAIN UNTIL I CAN GET THAT PART. SO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS THING???
