Viking Double Oven
Model Number: VEDO205-SS Brand: -other- Age: 5 - 10 years
Viking Double Oven:
The temperature adjustments are very radical. Set the control nob on 350 and you may get 400 back off even a little and you may get a 100 degree drop. Never seems to be consistant. Happens with both ovens. Any suggestions? Mike Related Models

Sounds like the oven thermostat has gone bad. You have to order a new part through Viking only.
