I have a GE Profile Convection oven. If I set the oven temp to, say 400 degrees, (regular, not convection) the oven heats up to 400 and beeps.
If I then lower the oven temp to, say 385 degrees, the oven cools down but it continues cooling until its cold. The oven when then set to any temperature, will not work until the oven is stone cold. Then it can be set to any temperature and work correctly....unless I lower the temperature.
any ideas??
