Our Oven is just under two years old, and has been acting up. It will not keep the temp. It will kick on and get up to the right temperature, and shut off. It will not come back on to keep up temp. sometimes it doesn't even get to the desired temp before kicking off. It also does not happen everytime we use the oven. Sometimes it works just fine. It's Very frustrating!

Please post the full model number that can be found on the model/serial tag.

I looked on the back of the oven, and did not see the tag with the serial number and Model. The number I have is from the service papers attached to the back of the oven. Where would the model/serial number be?
