When the oven is set at 375, it cycles between 355 and 430. How can this be range be reduced? What range is acceptable?

I measured three heating cycles with a thermometer in the oven.

Where and how did you place the thermometer?

When did you open the oven door to read the temperature?

Post everything you think can help.
